Regarding the basic rules. What is closer to the camera looks bigger. Therefore, if you have small hips, but you want to visually enlarge them in the photo, you need to turn them towards the camera. In our case, accordingly, we do the opposite.

Photographing plump girls outdoors is incredibly difficult and therefore natural lighting is the last thing we will use.
You only need to darken the outline of the model's figure. There is no need to highlight your face from below - the double chin, which you and I have been hiding for so long using various tricks, will appear again.
Use a highlight light. In order to successfully hide excess weight in a photograph, the model will need to turn slightly away from the main light source. Firstly, we have already discussed that a half-turn is the most advantageous angle for overweight girls, and secondly, in this situation, the main part of the body will be in the shadow, which will also have a beneficial effect on the final result.
Also, the shadow half-turn is great for portraits.

The role of light when shooting

Light plays a big role in a photo shoot . It should be set at an angle, slightly shading the silhouette. The best angle is when the model looking at the camera has side lighting. Direct lighting is used only for portrait photos.
