Bright makeup is easy, Nika Kislyak, ambassador and official makeup artist of the Vera by Vera Brezhneva brand, is sure. Especially with the Bloom Baby 04 palette (very spring, by the way).

With green I had no doubts at all - I wanted the fresh, green color of spring grass. Vera tried each shade on herself. When she applied this lime green, her blue eyes just lit up.”
Bright make-up with green shadows
Preparation : foundation and concealer are applied to the face.
Nika Kislyak: Vera doesn’t have foundations yet, and our main headache is to make cool foundation, concealer and powder. We have been developing them for quite some time, but the pandemic has slowed down the process. Now my team and I are finally happy with the formula of the foundation and its shades. The product will be universal, which is why it was such a super complex project.
Eyebrows are highlighted with Vera Eyebrow Pencil, shade 02, and Vera Fiber Eyebrow Mascara, shade 03 Dark Blonde.
On the eyelashes - the new Vera Lash Condom Mascara (but if you are used to painting your eyelashes at the end of your makeup, do it as you are used to).
Step one : apply the light green central shade of eyeshadow from the Baby Bloom 04 palette to the entire moving eyelid.
Nika Kislyak: It’s better to apply this particular shade with your fingers - that’s the texture it has. And to correct the shape or application flaws - with a stick dipped in micellar. You can pre-use an eye shadow base or concealer.
I applied the shadow with my fingers to the entire moving eyelid and with a flat brush I slightly stretched the outline so that it was not clear.
Step two : emphasize the eyelash edge or draw an arrow.
Nika Kislyak : Bright shades usually require either adding a thin arrow or highlighting the eyelash contour with a black pencil (this is a classic of the genre). Black helps to highlight the contour of the eye, making the eyes more expressive - regardless of the color of the shadows.

For saturation, you should constantly add shadows. When shading, you should follow all previously drawn lines. The next step is to apply emerald eyeshadow to the upper and lower eyelids. The corners of the eyes should be decorated with golden shadows. The same shade should be used to draw the area under the eyebrow.
