Green coffee in cosmetology: elastic, smooth body skin + youth and freshness! Read inside:)

Dear ladies, I want to please you with the appearance in my organic store of products containing green coffee !

Let's see why green coffee extract is so useful and whether it is really an effective method of combating “orange peel” in the thighs, buttocks and abdomen . Can you trust your skin to such a substance for rejuvenation and freshness ? Reading

Green coffee extract is one of the components of anti-cellulite creams and emulsions that give a slim silhouette.

Foams and gels based on green coffee extract effectively cleanse the skin, providing a slight astringent effect, relieving inflammation and reducing the secretion of sebaceous glands. Products containing green coffee extract have pronounced anti-aging properties . In addition, they reduce age-related pigmentation of the skin , which is quite difficult to combat. Phytosterols, when released into the upper layers of the epidermis, contribute to a sharp increase (almost 50 percent) in the synthesis of collagen , as well as hyaluronic acid (namely, these substances are responsible for the youth and elasticity of the skin). Green coffee oil is much more effective in its action than oil from roasted beans, since it contains more caffeine, healthy fruit acids , as well as carbohydrates that promote the production of elastin, which provides excellent hydration, increased skin turgor and protection against stretch marks.

Green coffee oil is a viscous liquid of brownish or green-brown color with a rather characteristic tart aroma. This oil is obtained by cold pressing green coffee beans. Green coffee oil differs significantly in its properties and composition from the oil obtained from regular black coffee. Thus, the latter has a rather oily texture and a strong characteristic aroma, as a result of which it is rarely used in cosmetology (in addition, such oil “clogs” the pores of the skin). In turn, green coffee oil has a light texture, due to which it is well absorbed into the upper layers of the skin without clogging pores. Can be used as an independent product that moisturizes the skin not only on the face, but also on the hips, waist and abdomen. If desired, you can add oil to one or another anti-cellulite cream, or make your own mixtures with various essential oils in a 1:1 ratio.

The active components included in the oil smooth and strengthen skin tissue, eliminating swelling and removing toxins at the cellular level, which provides not only smoothing, but also moisturizing effects. As a result, the silhouette becomes slimmer. Green coffee in general, and the oil from this product in particular, are sources of caffeine, as well as tannins, which have a stimulating effect on the body. Regular green coffee oil is made from beans collected from so-called “naked” plantations, characterized by the absence of trees and shade, resulting in poorer soil and, therefore, faster erosion. As a result, to obtain a harvest on such plantations, chemical fertilizers and plant protection products are used. In addition, coffee beans are collected using a harvesting machine, which is why both overripe fruits and unripe white berries get into the coffee, which subsequently affects both the taste characteristics of the drink and its beneficial properties. Organic oil is produced from beans collected from high-mountain organic plantations, where coffee plantings are interspersed with tree lines, which provide shade, thereby maintaining the optimal composition of the soil. Such plantations do not require chemical “feeding”. If we talk about harvesting, then only mature green coffee beans are collected, and this is done exclusively by hand. How to cook it yourself

You can make your own green coffee oil and it won't take much time. Stages:

  1. Buy green beans (that are not roasted). Grind in a coffee grinder or crush in a bowl.
  2. Fill them with a basic spin. High-quality olive, sunflower, and peach will do.
  3. Pour the mixture into a bottle with a tight-fitting lid.
  4. Heat in a water bath, but do not boil.
  5. Leave to infuse for three hours.
  6. Strain through cheesecloth.
  7. Store in a dark glass bottle, in a place where sunlight does not penetrate.

You can use this product in the same way as a store-bought one; they do not differ in composition. It is not possible to prepare ether from grains; for this you need a laboratory.

Contraindications

Coffee ether should not be used by patients with hypertension. Just like the drink, it increases blood pressure. Do not use for insomnia or restless sleep. It is best not to use it during pregnancy.

Hypertension

Before using it in cosmetology, you should check green coffee oil for allergies. To do this, apply it to the inside of the elbow and wait several hours. If itching, redness or rash occurs, it is best to discontinue use.

To test the ether from coffee beans for allergies, you should apply it to a scarf and smell it throughout the day. Dizziness, weakness, and malaise indicate an allergy. It is better to refuse use in this case. Also remember that ethers cannot be applied in pure form to the skin, as you can get burned.

Green coffee oil is extracted from the beans. It is used in cosmetology in the production of care products and for homemade masks. It cares for the horse's coat, fights cellulite, and restores hair.
