Former figure skater and now pop star Anna Semenovich once again surprised fans. The girl’s once curvaceous figure has significantly lost volume. After acquiring an elegant silhouette, the singer admitted that she had long been tired of the donut image. The secret to Anna's slimness turned out to be quite simple: eating mainly protein foods, regular fasting days and sports training.
The result is excellent: Anna Semenovich lost 15 kg. And perhaps this is not the limit.

Semenovich’s menu includes low-fat animal products, water-based cereals, vegetables and fruits. The energy value of the daily diet is about 1800 kcal. This is quite enough to feel full and not cause exhaustion.
It is recommended to eat fractionally: 6 times a day, in small portions every 2.5 hours. This diet was developed by a professional nutritionist and includes all major food groups. You can stick to it for a long time - 2-3 months. Feelings of hunger and weakness do not arise on such a diet, and recovery is quite comfortable.
Excess weight disappears gradually: 1-2 kg. in Week. Daily sports activities help strengthen muscles and stimulate metabolism: jogging, water aerobics, cardio training, exercises on machines.

At the end of May, Semenovich admitted to subscribers that the months of self-isolation were not easy for her. As the singer said, this is connected not only with the pandemic, but also with difficult events in her personal life. “Since the end of February, I found myself in some strange whirlpool of events - I almost lost a loved one, lost several work contracts, and all my plans for the spring evaporated and remained dreams,” she wrote. The former figure skater admitted that she always ate stress with food, but usually this did not affect her figure. This spring it was not possible to stop in time. Only at the end of May Semenovich decided that it was time to return to her former figure. She chose an extreme weight loss regimen, but, as it turned out, effective - fasting. It turned out that this is not the first time Anna has been practicing this: “I have been fasting for a long time (I understand, you can’t see it from my cheeks) and I do it for the benefit of my health. Fasting is very useful in cleansing the body; during fasting, ketone bodies are released from fat cells, which have a very beneficial effect on the brain. Fasting is a good anti-stress.”

Semenovich notes that giving up food is not suitable for everyone, and before turning to such a harsh method, you should consult a doctor. Without medical supervision, she advises fasting for no more than two days, and also paying special attention to returning to a normal diet. According to the singer, on the first day after the “hunger strike” you should abstain from rough food (including meat and fish). Instead, give preference to cereals, stewed vegetables (raw ones will irritate the stomach) and baked fruits, such as apples.

- Various types of meat: rabbit, turkey, lean game, chicken. It must be baked or boiled. Fried meat dishes are excluded.
- Fish and seafood. You can use any. But fatty species, such as salmon, need to be eaten little by little. Cooking dishes must be steamed. It is not advisable to eat smoked or salted fish.
- Vegetables. They go mainly into soups.
- Fruits and juices. It is necessary to choose unsweetened ones: green apples, peaches, citrus fruits, kiwi.
- Cereals: buckwheat, oatmeal, rice.
- Fermented milk drinks with a fat content of no more than 1.5%. Kefir, fermented baked milk, yogurt.
- Wholemeal bread. No more than 50 g per day.
Suitable drinks include: compotes, fruit drinks, tea without sugar. To detoxify the elimination of metabolic products, you need to drink at least 1.5 liters of ordinary water daily.
