- First of all, prepare the sauce: pour 2 tbsp into the pan. balsamic vinegar and put it on fire. The vinegar should be simmered until it thickens very well. This will take 20 minutes after it boils.
- Remove the vinegar from the heat and let it cool.
- While the sauce is cooling, prepare the other ingredients:
- cut 3 large tomatoes into rings
- cut 360 g of mozzarella in exactly the same way
- Place the food on the salad bowl so that the tomatoes and cheese alternate in 2 rows. Place 2 basil leaves between each slice of cheese and tomato.
- Top the salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Salad with mozzarella and olives
A simple Italian style appetizer with mini mozzarella balls.

Italian salad with bacon and mozzarella
Ingredients:
10-12 small potatoes; A few slices of bacon; 100 g mozzarella; a handful of arugula leaves; 2 tbsp. l. olive oil; salt, pepper and wine vinegar to taste.
Preparation:
Peel the potatoes and cook without cutting them. Be careful not to overcook so the potatoes don't fall apart. Cut the bacon into thin slices and place in a hot frying pan. Fry the bacon on both sides over medium heat. Then place it on a paper napkin to absorb excess fat. Drain the water from the potatoes and leave to cool. Cut the mozzarella into cubes. Wash the arugula leaves, dry a little with a towel and lightly press with your hands for a stronger aroma. Cut the cooled potatoes into slices. - Take 2 avocados and peel them. You need to cut the flesh of the fruit in exactly the same way as you cut the mozzarella.
- Prepare the sauce: mix 4 tbsp. olive oil and freshly squeezed juice of 1 lemon. Salt, pepper and other spices are added at your own discretion.
- Mix all the prepared ingredients in one bowl, pour the dressing over the salad and serve it to the table, after placing hand-torn lettuce leaves on the bottom of the plate.

Wash the basil, shake and dry. Wash the tomatoes, dry them and cut them into slices, 0.5 cm thick. Cut the mozzarella into round slices, 0.7 cm thick. Now mix olive oil, salt and pour this mixture over the salad. Add balsamic vinegar and pepper.
