You can cook any soup in a slow cooker. There are two options for preparing the first dish in this device. The first option will take more time. To add flavor, spices, a whole onion, and aromatic roots are added during the cooking process.

- cream (fat content 10-15%) – 200 ml;
- hard cheese – 150 g;

- Wash the meat thoroughly, remove the film and cut into small cubes.
- Peel the onion and chop finely.

- Rinse the chicken fillet with running ice water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Then you should move on to grinding. First of all, you will need to grate the carrots with large divisions. Then chop the peeled onion into small cubes.
- You need to put any vegetable oil into the bowl of the device under discussion. It’s worth taking a little bit so that the soup doesn’t turn out too greasy.
- The onions and carrots will brown in this oil. The main thing is not to overcook the vegetables so that they don’t burn. The frying mode is optimal for cooking. The process will take about a quarter of an hour. But it may take less time.
- The tomatoes will need to be cut randomly. Then all that remains is to throw them in with the rest of the vegetables. The tomatoes should eventually soften.
- Filtered water is sent into a container with already fried vegetables. About 1.5 liters will be enough. Be sure to salt the mixture. This must be done to taste.
- You need to set the panel to soup mode. Optimally – for 50-60 minutes.
- The meat should be cut into pieces and added to the soup immediately.
- But cabbage must be added to the treat later. First you need to get rid of the top contaminated leaves and chop it finely. It’s best to use neat straws. You can add cabbage to the future soup at about the 20th minute of cooking.

Let's start preparing the soup by preparing the ingredients. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. You can take fillet from the breast or from the thighs, choose the option to your taste.
We clean the vegetables. Chop the onion into small cubes, it is better to grate the carrots on a fine grater. Cut the potatoes into small strips.
Place the prepared vegetables and chicken in a bowl. Add salt and spices. For spices, you can use bay leaves and aromatic dry herbs. If you have curry at home, add half a teaspoon; the seasoning will give the soup a beautiful color and an appetizing aroma. Pour hot water from the kettle into the bowl. Set the “stew” or “soup” mode for 1 hour.
10 minutes before readiness, add vermicelli and mix well. At this stage, it is worth tasting the soup and adjusting the amount of spices if necessary. If you are using other pasta than cobweb, then you need to take into account their cooking time (the manufacturer indicates this parameter on the packaging).
They may need to be added a little earlier. We continue to cook the soup until the end of the mode. Pour the finished soup into bowls and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
Cooking steps:
1) Peel the onions and carrots. Cut the onion into small cubes, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
2) Pour a little sunflower oil into the multicooker bowl (I have a Polaris 0517 AD), add onions and carrots, turn on the “Frying” program and, without closing the lid, brown the vegetables, stirring them with a spatula. When the vegetables are browned, turn off the program.

- 400 gr. chicken (any parts, you can even have a soup set);
- 250 gr. potatoes;
- 250 gr. carrots;
- 1 onion;
- 1 bell pepper;
- 150 gr. zucchini;
- 200 gr. cauliflower;
- 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 3 liters of water;
- a small bunch of dill;
- salt and spices.
Cut the chicken into large pieces, place them in a bowl, and fill with cold water. Turn on the “soup” or “stew” mode for 1 hour.
While the broth is simmering, prepare all the vegetables. Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes. We separate the cauliflower into small inflorescences. Cut the carrots into small cubes, bell peppers into small strips. Peel the zucchini and cut into cubes in the same way as the potatoes, finely chop the onion.
Remove the finished chicken from the broth, cool and remove the meat from the bones. Strain the broth and pour it into a separate pan.
Wash the bowl and wipe it dry. We put it in the device, turn on the “frying” mode. Pour oil. When the oil is hot, place the carrots and onions in the bowl and fry for 5 minutes. Then add the bell pepper and potatoes and fry everything together for another 5 minutes. Lastly, add the cauliflower and zucchini. Mix everything. Pour the broth and put the boiled chicken into the soup. Add salt and seasonings. Cook on “soup” mode for 30-40 minutes. About 5 minutes before the end of the regime, add chopped dill into the soup.

- 300 gr. chicken meat (boneless);
- 1 carrot;
- 1 onion;
- 1 tomato;
- 150 gr. red lentils;
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce;
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil;
- seasonings to taste, you should definitely use bay leaf and pepper; if desired, you can add dry basil, Provençal herbs, suneli hops, etc.
Peel the vegetables and remove the skin from the tomato. Chop the onion finely, grate the carrots, and cut the tomato into small cubes.
Turn on the “fry” mode and pour oil into the bowl. Place the chopped chicken in hot oil and fry lightly. There is no need to fry until the meat is ready, as soon as the meat changes color, add onions and carrots to it, mix, fry for five minutes, then add tomato cubes. Cook everything together for 15 minutes.
Add potatoes cut into small cubes and washed red lentils to the fried vegetables and meat. Add 2 liters of hot water. Add salt, bay leaves, seasonings. Add soy sauce. Turn on the “soup” mode for 1 hour.
Cheesy chicken soup
Cheese soup appeared only 9 years ago, but today there are more than a million fans of this delicacy.
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet – 400 g
- Potatoes – 4 pcs.

- Processed cheese – 2 pcs.

- 400 gr. chicken, cut into small pieces;
- 1 large onion;
- 1 carrot;
- 80 gr. long grain rice;
- 1.5 tablespoons of tomato paste;
- 1.5 tablespoons of tkemali;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 3 liters of water;
- 1 teaspoon hops-suneli;
- pepper and fresh cilantro to taste.
We clean the vegetables. As usual, cut the onion into small cubes and the carrot into thin strips. If you want to add potatoes, cut them into small cubes.
Advice! The classic version of kharcho does not have potatoes, but you can add 2-3 potatoes, slightly reducing the amount of rice.
Place the prepared vegetables into the bowl. Rinse the rice several times with cold water and also place in the bowl. Place the chicken in large pieces on top of the vegetables and rice. Pour in spices, salt, add tkemali and tomato paste.
Advice! In this recipe, you can replace tomato paste with tomato juice or grated fresh tomatoes.
Add water and turn on the “soup” mode for 1 hour. Then remove the chicken from the soup. Let it cool slightly and remove the meat from the bones. Dip the meat into the soup, add finely chopped cilantro and turn on the “steam” mode for 1 minute. Chop the garlic and grind it. Add garlic gruel to hot soup. Pour oil into the bowl and turn on the “frying” mode. Place carrots and onions in a bowl and stir. Fry for 10 minutes. Then add the chicken pieces and mushrooms, and cook, stirring occasionally, on the same mode for another 20 minutes.

- Cook the soup in stewing mode for half an hour, adding chopped herbs shortly before the end of the process.
If the cooking process uses not fresh, but canned mushrooms, they are added along with the potatoes, having previously been strained from the brine.
Bean soup with chicken
Another first course option is bean soup with chicken. It can be cooked from dry beans. Then it will need to be pre-soaked in cold water overnight. It will be much easier to prepare the dish if you use canned beans. You can take both white and red beans, cooked in their own juice.
- 400 gr. chicken fillet;
- 1 can (400 g) canned beans;
- 3 potatoes;
- 1 onion;
- 1 carrot;
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil;
- salt, seasonings to taste.
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and turn on the “frying” mode. Cook the meat briefly, stirring occasionally. As soon as the chicken changes color, add chopped onion and grated carrots to the meat. Fry everything together for 15 minutes. Then add the potatoes cut into small cubes. Open the can of beans, pour the contents into a colander and rinse with cold water. Place the beans with the vegetables and pour water into the bowl.
Add salt and seasonings to the soup to taste. Turn on the “quenching” mode for 30 minutes. If you use raw, pre-soaked beans, you will need to cook the soup for 1.5 hours.

In fact, every housewife has her own version of preparing such a liquid dish. My mother prepares this soup exclusively from chicken breast and cooks it not in a slow cooker, but in an ordinary saucepan on a gas stove. He also doesn’t fry vegetables with meat – he says it’s healthier this way.
I’m not particularly on a diet, but I definitely like soup with fried soup more. For variety, I add a beaten egg to the boiling soup - it turns out more satisfying. My husband likes to put finely chopped fresh tomatoes and parsley directly into a serving bowl.
In this version, I once tried not to fry the chicken and cooked this light dish according to the principle of the most common one—soup with rice—. It didn’t seem to work out, but I liked it better with fried meat. But there is no comrade for taste and color.
