To add flavor, spices, a whole onion, and aromatic roots are added during the cooking process.

To cook soup in a multicooker, it is not at all necessary to cook the broth in advance; the multicooker modes are adjusted in such a way that the soup always turns out transparent and beautiful.

  1. Wash the meat thoroughly, remove the film and cut into small cubes.

  • 1 onion;
  • 1 bell pepper;
  • 150 gr. zucchini;
  • 200 gr. cauliflower;
  • 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • 3 liters of water;
  • a small bunch of dill;
  • salt and spices.

Cut the chicken into large pieces, place them in a bowl, and fill with cold water. Turn on the “soup” or “stew” mode for 1 hour.

While the broth is simmering, prepare all the vegetables. Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes. We separate the cauliflower into small inflorescences. Cut the carrots into small cubes, bell peppers into small strips. Peel the zucchini and cut into cubes in the same way as the potatoes, finely chop the onion.

Advice! The classic version of kharcho does not have potatoes, but you can add 2-3 potatoes, slightly reducing the amount of rice.

Place the prepared vegetables into the bowl. Rinse the rice several times with cold water and also place in the bowl. Place the chicken in large pieces on top of the vegetables and rice. Pour in spices, salt, add tkemali and tomato paste.

Advice! In this recipe, you can replace tomato paste with tomato juice or grated fresh tomatoes.

Another first course option is bean soup with chicken. It can be cooked from dry beans. Then it will need to be pre-soaked in cold water overnight. It will be much easier to prepare the dish if you use canned beans. You can take both white and red beans, cooked in their own juice.

  • 400 gr. chicken fillet;
  • 1 can (400 g) canned beans;
  • 3 potatoes;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil;
  • salt, seasonings to taste.

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and turn on the “frying” mode. Cook the meat briefly, stirring occasionally. In fact, every housewife has her own version of preparing such a liquid dish. My mother prepares this soup exclusively from chicken breast and cooks it not in a slow cooker, but in an ordinary saucepan on a gas stove. He also doesn’t fry vegetables with meat – he says it’s healthier this way.

I’m not particularly on a diet, but I definitely like soup with fried soup more. For variety, I add a beaten egg to the boiling soup - it turns out more satisfying. My husband likes to put finely chopped fresh tomatoes and parsley directly into a serving bowl.
