- Wash the meat and cut into medium pieces.
- Peel the onions and carrots, wash them and chop them into large cubes.
- We clean the garlic and pass it through a press.

- vegetable oil, lemon/lime juice, soy sauce - 1 tbsp. l.;
- garlic – 1 clove;
- salt, spices.
Preparation:
- Broccoli florets are immediately placed in salted boiling water. When the water starts to boil again, you need to count about 3-4 minutes. As a result, the vegetable should become soft, but not boiled.
- Fully prepared cabbage is removed from the water and doused with ice water.
- Carrots, onions and peppers are cleaned of all excess. Then you will need to cut them into small pieces. Tomatoes are chopped into slices. Be sure to remove the bases of the stalks during the process.
- All that remains is to chop the garlic very finely. Its quantity can be increased to your liking.

- Full fat milk – half a liter
