Among the various mochaccino recipes, only one can be called original. To prepare it, take 45 ml of hot chocolate, espresso, 95 ml of milk. Topping – grated chocolate and cream.

  • Pour chocolate sauce into a clear glass.
  • Add warm milk to it.

Beat the milk with a blender. Stir syrup and freshly brewed coffee. Place crushed ice in a glass and fill with milk. Pour the coffee-chocolate mixture over a knife or bar spoon. Serve the refreshing mix with a straw.

With cinnamon and nutmeg

You will love the recipe consisting of 140 ml milk, 45 g whipped cream, 25 g dark chocolate, 8-10 g ground beans. For decoration, prepare a cinnamon stick and 1-2 g of nutmeg, to taste: sugar and vanillin.

Divide the milk into two equal parts. Add vanillin to one half and boil. Then add the chocolate and continue cooking over low heat, stirring occasionally.

Prepare espresso and combine with the second half of the milk. Mix the coffee-milk mixture and warm chocolate milk thoroughly. Take cream, seasonings and decorate the cocktail with this.

With white chocolate

Take 95 ml of milk, 95 g of white chocolate, 8-10 g of finely ground coffee powder, 15 g of cocoa and granulated sugar.

Pour cold milk over the chocolate pieces and bring the mixture to a boil. Turn off the heat as soon as foam appears. Brew espresso and pour halfway into glasses. Add the hot milk-chocolate mixture until a thick, high foam forms on top. Decorate with sugar and cocoa sprinkles.

With ice cream

Take half a glass of strong coffee at room temperature at 22-27 degrees, 60 g of any ice cream, 5 tsp. chocolate sauce, for decoration - 1.5 tbsp. l. whipped cream.
