1. First, I roll out the dough to about 1 cm thick. Then I cut the piece of dough into 2 halves, and roll each half to a thickness of 0.5 cm.

3. All that remains is to cut out the resulting circle with a sharp knife.

4. The kneaded dough should rest for 1 hour. This amount will be a lot, so I take half the dough. I roll it out in different directions to make a round cake. I spread the sauce over the entire base.

5. I cut up the boiled chicken breast. I distribute all the ingredients on the pizza randomly, so that all the space is filled. Sprinkle with cheese.

Pizza with smoked chicken and pineapple

Our children really love baking, and they will definitely never give up this one. It can be prepared for holidays or weekends, as well as on regular weekdays. Sometimes I cook when guests come, it always goes away with a bang, not even a piece is left. Tasty and aromatic, it leaves no one indifferent.

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams chicken
  • 200 grams of fresh pineapples
  • 100 grams mozzarella
  • 200 grams of hard cheese
  • any pizza dough

Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • 2 spoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon oregano (oregano)

Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl; we will use it to grease the base. This creamy sauce goes well with the rest of the ingredients. Be sure to add oregano (oregano).
