You will need:

  • Boiled frozen seafood – 1 kg.
  • Garlic – 6 cloves.
  • Honey – 2 large spoons.

How to fry:

First things first, you need to prepare the shrimp. I usually take boiled - frozen royal ones. Ideally, use brindle ones - the more, the better (we just can’t find brindle ones lately). If you take very small shrimp, then they may simply burn and because of the soy sauce, you will not feel the taste of the shrimp, as they are fried. You can take both processed and in shells. The head must be removed. Remove the shell and remove all the legs, as well as the black “string” on the upper side (intestines). You should get clean shrimp without the slightest pieces of shell or legs. Rinse them under running water.

  3. Peel the onion and chop finely.

  5. Heat the frying pan. Add olive oil, butter, chopped dill and parsley. Mix.
  6. Add onion, garlic, grated ginger to the resulting mixture.

  1. Fresh seafood is better. If you don’t have fresh ones, you can use frozen shrimp. Clean and rinse.
  2. Peel the garlic and cut into small pieces.
  3. Pour vegetable oil into a deep frying pan and fry the garlic for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Place seafood in the pan in one even layer. Carcasses should not touch.
  5. Fry the shrimp until the color changes to a reddish hue.
  6. Add salt, pepper, spices, pour in wine and lemon juice.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g any shrimp
  • 200 g pomegranate juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1\2 lemon
  • pepper, salt
  • 100 milliliters soy sauce

Cooking method:

Fry seafood in a frying pan with the addition of olive and butter, pepper and salt. Add pomegranate and lemon juice. Fry the seafood until the pomegranate juice has completely evaporated. That's it, the dish is ready! Bon appetit! Of course, it is best to use freshly squeezed pomegranate juice, but in a pinch, bottled juice will do.
