  • cold water – ¼ cup;
  • couscous (cereals) – 60 g;
  • vegetable oil – 20 g;
  • spices and salt – 5 g each;
  • ground nutmeg – 2 g.

It will take fifty minutes to cook. The calorie content of one hundred grams of the dish will be equal to 175 kcal.
