You can prepare peanut raff at home. For production we will need the following ingredients:
- peanut butter – 1 tablespoon;
- chocolate syrup or watery chocolate - 1 teaspoon;
- espresso – 50 ml;
- milk – 80-100 ml;
- peanuts for decoration
Manufacturing method
- In a glass of hot boiled water, dilute the peanut butter until it becomes watery. Mix the ingredients well so that the mass obtains a homogeneous consistency;
- Add chocolate syrup to the consistency and mix everything again;
- Making espresso. You can use a coffee machine or a regular coffee maker;
- Separately whisk milk for latte;
- Add coffee to the chocolate-peanut mixture and carefully pour in the whipped milk in a thin stream.
- You can sprinkle finely chopped peanuts on top of the coffee.
The sticky taste of peanut butter mixes well with the sweet chocolate and taste of freshly brewed coffee.

- Milk, preferably skim milk, you can use soy milk, it all depends on your preferences.
- Chocolate
- Caramel syrup, yes, we know that you can’t find it in every store, but the recipe today is unusual.
- Hazelnuts, ground but not powder, the size of a Snickers bar

And so, regarding the amount of each ingredient, we will not give exact numbers, because everyone has their own tastes, so experiment.
- Combine chocolate, caramel syrup and hazelnuts in a large mug.
- Warm the milk; it should be hot, but not boiling.
- Prepare espresso and immediately pour it into a mug with syrup and stir.
- Add milk and stir again. You need to stir until the liquid becomes homogeneous, i.e. the syrup at the bottom of the mug should completely dissolve.

This drink is also known as a caramel Frappuccino.
Ingredients:
- Nut syrup, in Russia you can buy it in large hypermarkets like Lenta or OK.
- Caramel syrup, sold in almost all more/less popular supermarkets 2h. spoons of cocoa, exactly cocoa, and not cocoa product, believe me, there is a difference.
- Espresso is best prepared in an espresso machine; if you don't have one, your brewing method will vary slightly.
Cooking method:
- If you are making espresso without using a coffee machine, then first mix 1 teaspoon of ground coffee and 1-2 teaspoons of cocoa, place it in a French press and pour boiling water, let it stand for one to two minutes, then lower the valve if you don’t have French press, then use a regular mug, then strain the resulting coffee-cocoa using a strainer.
- Mix the nut and caramel syrup in a mug, then add the coffee-cocoa and mix thoroughly.
This drink can be drunk cold, just let it cool and then add some ice.
Cold Snickers Latte recipe

In the middle of the 90s of the last century, the first chain of coffee shops, Coffee Bean, operated in Moscow, organized according to the Western standard. It is logical that foreigners visited her establishments with pleasure, including a certain Raphael, who turned out to be not a huge fan of ordinary cappuccino and espresso. He turned to the baristas with a request to make him a special drink that did not have a pronounced coffee taste.
Three young people: Galina Samokhina, Artyom Berestov and Gleb Neveikin whipped up espresso with low-fat cream and sugar and served a new cocktail to the capricious client.
Not only Rafael, but also his friends really liked the invention of the capital’s baristas. Now they were increasingly ordering “the same coffee as Raf’s.” The phrase was gradually reduced to two words. And a new one has appeared on the restaurant’s menu.
Over time, baristas moved to work at Coffeemania and began making cocktails in a new place. So their “brainchild” gained Moscow-wide, and then all-Russian popularity. Now “Raf-coffee” can be ordered in virtually any specialized Russian establishment, but abroad it is found very rarely.
The first difference between a capital cocktail and an Italian cappuccino is the replacement of milk with cream, which makes the taste softer. The method of making both drinks is also different. INGREDIENTS
- Ice cream 200 grams vanilla
- Milk 80 ml
- Chocolate syrup 30 ml

Remove the milk from the refrigerator; it should not be cold.
